New Years Day Activity : A Simple Reflection Exercise for the Year Ahead

January 01, 20261 min read

If you had a big new year’s eve, maybe tackle this exercise once you’ve recovered from your

celebrations.

So, before you rush into setting goals or making resolutions, take a few quiet minutes to

reflect.

Grab a notebook or your phone and answer these questions honestly - there’s no right or

wrong answer.

1. Which of the 4 Pillars needs the most support right now?

Eat Well | Move Well | Sleep Well | Think Well

2. What is one small change I could make within that pillar?

Something so small it feels achievable, even on your busiest days.

3. How could I make this change easier to stick to?

(For example: linking it to an existing habit, lowering the bar, or asking for support.)

4. How will I know this habit has become part of my routine?

What does “consistent enough” look like for you?

Commit to this one change for the next 30 days.

When it feels natural, then consider adding another.

Small steps.

Strong habits.

Real change.
