My Xmas Eve message
As Christmas Eve arrives, I want to take a moment to gently remind you of something
important:
This time of year is meant to be enjoyed.
It’s a time for connection, rest, laughter, good food, and creating memories. If that includes a
few extra treats, late nights, or moments that don’t perfectly align with your usual routines -
that’s okay.
One day, or even a few days, does not undo your progress.
Health is built over time, not decided by what happens between Christmas and New Year.
So please don’t beat yourself up.
There’s no need for guilt, punishment, or “starting again” on January 1.
Just enjoy the moment you’re in and come back to your foundations when you’re ready.
Thank You
I also want to say a genuine thank you.
Thank you for following along with my journey this year.
Thank you for reading, listening, reflecting, and being part of this growing community.
Your support, messages, and conversations have meant more than you probably realise.
This year has been about laying foundations - personally and professionally - and I’m
incredibly grateful you’ve been here for it.
