About Me

Hey, I’m Waz, and I created Wellness with Waz to help everyday people cut through the noise of modern health and wellness advice.

After my own wake-up call, I realised how confusing and contradictory the world of health information has become - and how many of us are just trying to figure out what truly works. We’re bombarded with advice every day, and it’s easy to feel lost in the maze.

Like many others, I thought I was bulletproof… until I wasn’t. That experience made me slow down, reflect, and really understand what wellness means - not the quick fixes, not the fads, but the simple, sustainable habits that keep us alive and thriving.

Now, my mission is to help others make sense of it all. My approach is built around four simple pillars: Eat Well, Move Well, Think Well, and Sleep Well - the foundations of lasting wellbeing.

Through honest conversation, lived experiences, and a no-nonsense approach, I want to make wellness simple, sustainable, and meaningful.

Because your greatest wealth is your health… and when you can have both, life truly changes.

How It All Started

For most of my life, I thought I was bulletproof — like many of us do. But a personal wake-up call made me step back and realise that real wellness isn’t found in trends, hacks, or overnight promises. It’s found in slowing down, paying attention, and building habits that keep us alive and thriving.

That moment sparked a shift in my thinking… and ultimately the creation of Wellness With Waz.

My Approach to Wellness

My philosophy is simple: health shouldn’t be complicated.

It shouldn’t be reserved for experts, athletes, or people with endless time.

I believe in:
